Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We were at this facility last weekend for our daughter’s games, and she accidentally left her vest behind. I called and spoke to Dwayne, who immediately went out of his way to look for it. He called me back shortly after to let me know he had found it, and we tried to arrange a time for pickup. When our schedules didn’t line up, Dwayne truly went above and beyond—he personally made sure the vest was returned right to our doorstep. My daughter is thrilled to have it back, and I’m incredibly grateful for the outstanding service. We honestly thought it was gone for good, especially since it was brand new. Thank you, Dwayne, for your kindness and exceptional customer service!
